Job Description

Junior Project Manager

*PAY RANGE: $33.00 - $38.00 PER HOUR* (Depending on Skills)

Because our company owns, and doesn’t just manage, over 3,000 apartments, we offer greater stability than most property management-only companies.

We are seeking construction inclined candidates, as a part-time, Junior Project Manager, to work within the greater San Diego area (Central San Diego, South Bay, East County, and North County) with a fixed office in La Mesa.

Work schedules are flexible to accommodate applicants’ availability within the working hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities and Duties (Include but are not Limited to):

As a Junior Project Manager at HCA, you will work closely with senior members of the projects department to assist with multi-family, residential renovations. Among other duties, Junior Project Managers will monitor renovation projects during initiation and completion, provide project status reports to Senior Project Managers, prepare and close project sites (such as transporting supplies, setting up safety equipment, and cutting material), provide general assistance to senior project managers through the concurrent life cycle of multiple projects, and perform any other duties as needed by the project department.

Working times and job duties may vary to fit the needs of each project. Previous experience in construction or like trade is preferred.
