Job Description

*PAY RANGE: $26.00 - $28.00 PER HOUR* (Depending on skills)

We are seeking career-minded candidates with a desire to learn, for a Full-Time Accountant/ Bookkeeper within our company.

Our accountants/ bookkeepers are team players with awareness, common sense, initiative, good judgment, candor, conscientiousness, follow-through, and eagerness to work efficiently in a professional environment.

Skills:
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Exposure to G/L and ability to create journal entries
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Experience with AMSI a plus
• Manage a high-volume portfolio with the ability to multitask

Duties include but are not limited to:
• A/P & A/R
• Verify/post transactions to the general ledger
• Preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations
